Projects
Projects cover all apsects of property renovation and refurbishment with the addition of renewable energy installations. These include extensions and conversaions of all types as well as the usual bathroom and kitchen design and installations, quite often including internal remodelling of a structural nature.
The complete range of services offered includes:
- overall project management
- general building, extensions, loft, garage and barn conversions and property maintenance
- renewable energy installations consisting of:
- solar thermal hot water generation (for domestic hot water)
- solar photovoltaic electricity generation
- air source heat pumps
- biomass boilers
- wood burning stove installations
- carpentry and joinery
- general plumbing and drainage
- plastering and plaster-boarding
- electrical installations, including consumer units and full rewires
- interior and exterior decorating
All gas work is registered with the Gas Safe Register through an approved sub contractor of ours and electrical installations are certified with NICEIC to BS 7671 as appropriate. Best practices are followed throughout, ensuring conformation to Building Regulations, with local building control notification as required.
