Removal of old conservatory and excavation of groundworks for new patio, conservatory wall foundations, concrete cantilever slab floor base. Included build over sewer application with Thames Water and Building Control applications. Complex and detailed project in relation to rainwater and foul water run offs. Patio build, conservatory build, complete kitchen build including central heating amendments, gas amendments, new electrics and consumer unit, tiled floor throughout klitchen and conservatory, tiled walls in kitchen, full painting and decorating.
