Removed load bearing wall and make new kitchen and diner. Fit new kitchen units and laminate worktop, four lighting circuits, three ring main circuits and a new consumer unit. Gas changes, plastering to all walls and new ceiling plasterboard/plastering. Fit solid oak flooring 40sqm and quadrant to skirting to all downstairs, flush heating system and replace radiator valves with thermostatic ones.
