Remove load bearing kitchen/diner wall, remove & refit new kitchen, lay marmoleum flooring, level floor with floor screed. Gas changes, plumbing, electrics, decorating, carpentry. Fit outside electric point and gas & electric certificates. Create under-stair WC/basin wash area with Saniflo system and extensive boxing around electric and gas services. Install second hot water storage cylinder to increase storage facility.
