In 3 rooms, remove ceilings and lath and plaster walls in Victorian terraced property and fully replasterboard/plaster. Install feature fireplace. Fit special Victorian moulded plaster coving throughout. Make 3 bespoke cupboards with shelves, and doors. Electrical changes to lights and ring mains, solid oak floor fitting to living room, skirting and architrave fitting, hang 3 doors and fit new shower mixer valve and hand rail.
