Renovated the exterior to a four storey block of flats using scaffold, around two sides of the property, replaced guttering. Preparation and decorating to all wood and masonry surfaces , including stone repairs. Removed and replaced slated bay window roof back to joists, with extensive leadwork and lead cladding to provide fully waterproof new roof.
