Our philosophy with regard to maintenance is that of prevention, ensuring that when problems do exist, they are effectively dealt with in a timely manner that will ultimately extend the lifecycle of the room, item or property in question.
This may relate to accommodation that is let out, or larger developments where multiple properties are to be maintained, the management of contract cleaning to communal areas or on going continuous maintenance and prevention services over the whole site.
Having knowledge in all trades means that where specialist services are required (pest control as one example), these can be managed alongside existing teams to ensure continuity and productivity.
